We here at 5TH MIKE FORCE command center send our hellos to Corporal Punishment and all its members! We are finding the weather here in the North East rather challenging for paint ball. Thank the Gods we are no longer using CO2 or we wouldnt be able to play at all. Long gone are the days of taping hand warmers to our receivers so the wouldnt freeze up on us. Living this close to the ocean also has its own problems.(two miles away, at the most). Having lived in Texas for 14 years, we all know what high winds can do to the flight of a 68 cal paint ball. Actually , what is more interesting is what high winds do to a 62 cal paint ball, course with 30plus bpm, who cares, right?
Like the man says, you just have to lead them a little further! Yes, im rambling, but thats what happens when you get old.
5TH MIKE FORCE has just honored our 25th year as a formal Paint ball team. At this moment patch rockers are being made and will be sent to all team members when done. Congrats to all current members, past and present. The 5th has, at this moment, active members in 5 states, counting, of course, the two in texas. Any one care to guess who they might be?
My biggest gripe? The commercial and industrial take over of our sport, And, some one change the beloved name of my game Paint ball to Woods ball.....what the hell is with that. Could it be? SATAN?
What id like to see? The honor return to the game. That we could once again be able to play with out the cry babies and cheaters..That we once again be able to play with out refs, cause we wouldnt need them. That wipers hand would fall off. Thats just a few of my gripes. So, for now, i guess ill just have to hit them so many times they cant wipe it fast enough. But of course then they would just call foul. Do you beleive that there are actually fields out there that will throw you off there field for hitting an opponent more then three times? Yes there are! In this age of rapid fire, that doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me.
I bid you all farewell, God bless .
