Team Mandatory BBQ

This will be inplace of our practice we will be discussing, team direction and command changes as well as welcoming and getting to know, the new members! You must be present for this! Or you will not have a clue what is going on.


It will be held at a park of our choosing so if you have a park you like that is adequate for us to bbq at plz post it here other wise I will pick the park shortly!

The bbq will be held on November 22nd its a sunday @ Noon!

Who wants to bring what to the BBQ?

i will bring chips and drinks and whatever els

i suggest gonzales its close for everyone right?...i can bring condiments...

I know of a few nice parks in the Greater Randolph area that would be nice.

I'll bring the burgers

If its at noon I might not be able to make it due to church.

If anyone else is going to bring something post it so we know that we have everything covered.

Ill bring the bread we need, also I still have a brand new propane tank here from the last bbq, if dom can bring his pit again..

OK it looks like Landa Park charges for use of the picnic areas, so we may not want to go there. If anyone knows of a place close by thats FREE post up... The BBQ is only a couple of days away.

Also PLEASE Post if you are coming or not! There are still alot of ya'll we haven't heard from and we need an accurate count of everyone so that we can have enough food. And if you can bring something add it to the List... I can bring hotdogs if anyone wants them in addition to the Burgers.

I'll see if i can get ahold of the pit again and a full tank of propane sounds good =) Im available (as of now) to attend and will be present at this practice. Have we decided on a park yet? Anything in San Marcos? I know we have team members from all over so just thought id throw that out there with rambo and crew from SA and PJ, Riceman, and myself being from the Austin Area.

I believe that landa only charges during the busy season it shouldnt be an issue to go there and just grab a table.

If Landa does charge I know the parks in Converse are nice. They have picnic tables, restrooms covered pavilions running water and electricity playgrounds and plenty of parking.

Did you know about the Texas Triple Threat game? I think it is back on for 21 and 22 Of Feb. I said I think because on petty's site it say 21 and 22 Feb. 2009. I dont know. Can you let me know.
