Guidelines

I was under the impression that as a Hometeam of TacticalPaintball we are ALL required to follow the rules/guidelines of the Tactical Paintball Hometeam guidelines set by the OCLUB. No matter who you are.

So when I read this....

My point is that the OCLUB set rules down and everyone should abide by them.

Well I believe there is a specific time period to go from one team to the next which avoids team jumping and causing hostilities. Rowdy followed this rule before when he went from MArtial Law to CP but it does nto apply when he is on the new field managers team? Just curious....

there was no time frame in the hometeam guidelines only that you did it to where it caused the least amount of stress for both teams (which is kinda vague) cause that in itself is disputable

if you want i can copy and paste that section or the whole thing

we always as a team asked that people didnt post CP membership until they had left the other team and things were cool on both sides kinda like with PJ and a few others.

Well Cp has always followed what we thought was the right path to take, no one is allowed to jump from another home team to ours that is just not the way it works... your right there are no specific guidelines that prohibit us from just accepting any one we want, however if you care for your other home team capts then you would give those members that want to join your team from another a 90 day period to get there shit together prospect for the team and let any quams be squashed....sure you can go around accecpting members that litterally just left another team but then that makes you look like an asshole. and that maybe just maybe your trying to start shit...???

Let this be known Cp has always lived under a double standard because shannon and I held the positions that we did...
My guys faced intense scrutiny, the entire time they were held to a much higher standard, they got every thing last and never complained, that includes a home team tent that we obviously needed since we are one of the biggest teams out there. they did all this while pouring their blood sweet and tears into the field to help all the time... all the time!!!

Everyones talking about maturity, well I think That MY TEAM IS A CUT ABOVE THE REST, NO ONE CAN QUESTION THAT!!!
SO I WANT TO TAKE THIS OPERTUNITY TO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF MY GUYS, YOU ARE STAND UP PLAYERS I LOVE AND RESPECT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU GUYS YOU ARE MY FAMILY, AND I AS YOUR CAPT WILL ALWAYS BE THERE TO NEVER LET YOU DOWN.....
